Why does our equipment sound like it's constantly running?
If the water treatment equipment is not in regeneration, please contact us.
Why has the brine (salt) tank overflowed?
A common reason for it to overflow is a damaged brine valve. Other factors factors could cause the brine tank to overflow as well. Please contact us.
Why wont the salt level go down?
One of the most common reason is that a salt bridge has formed in the bottom layer of salt, which is preventing water from dissolving any more salt. To test if this is the cause, pour water into the brine tank. If the salt bridge is in contact with the water it will dissolve and your brine tank should go back to normal. Do not add too much water at once because the salt could drop and cause the brine tank to overflow. If that doesn’t fix it, please contact us.
